DOS IOPS™ ANVIS is an advanced, high performance night vision goggle for night aviation use, modified to comply with the requirements of CAP 612 and is authorised by the UK CAA for single pilot use by Police Air Support Units in the United Kingdom.

DOS IOPS ANVIS is tested and approved on all ALPHA helmets and will also fit GENTEX and many other types.

Available with either third generation US image tubes from the USA or second generation Auto Gated image intensifier tubes from Europe, the system represents the highest level of performance in its class.

Powered by a dual "AA" battery pack mounted at the back of the helmet which provides the pilot with an independent power supply to each ocular, the battery pack acts as a perfect counterbalance to the goggle.

The use of commercial AA batteries rather than special hard to source Lithium ones, is very cost effective, environmentally friendly and above all presents a greatly reduced hazard to personnel.
